All orders are shipped in plain packaging as indicated in the image below.
Shipping options available
Customers placing orders for products from Gentle Haven have 2 options to receive their parcels.
- Collect from our depot at 29 Dann rd, Glen Marais, Kempton Park.
- Locker-to-locker delivery via Pudo (Courier Guy).
Delivery Costs.
Shipping is free on all orders with a value of R500 or more.
Orders under R500 have a flat rate shipping charge of R70 to cover the Pudo locker-to-locker charge,
There is no charge for collected orders regardless of the order value.
Shipping Times
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday within 24 hours of receipt of the order (depending on locker availability).
Most orders arrive in the receiving locker within 24 hours, though this may take up to 72 hours depending on the location.
How will I know my order is ready for Collection?
Once your order has been placed into the locker, you will receive a WhatsApp message from Pudo with a PIN code.
Go to the locker and on the screen press “Collect Parcel.”
Enter your PIN.
A locker door will open with your parcel inside.
Remove the parcel and then close the door again.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take a photo of it and let us know right away if the contents are affected.
